You have probably heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. However, I’m sure that you often find yourself not having any time to make a healthy, delicious, and filling breakfast. Below is my Bulletproof coffee recipe. Such a quick, easy and delicious breakfast!
By the time you feed your kids and get them dressed. Dress yourself, clean up the kitchen, and throw in a quick load of laundry, you realize it’s almost lunch time already! We all know what we are “supposed” to do, but actually doing it, is another story. Can you relate?:)
My husband and I have been making Bulletproof Coffee for breakfast for the past several years and let me tell you, it has been a game changer in so many ways.
4 reasons why we love this Bulletproof Coffee recipe:
1.) EASY and QUICK!
This breakfast option is especially helpful for those of us who have to get up and out the door in the early mornings. Maybe you need a change up from your normal breakfast routine or for those who actually need to start eating something for breakfast.
2.) Fuels you for HOURS!
Because of the high quality and clean ingredients, you can count on this concoction to keep you just as full as your typical breakfast would, if not fuller.
3.) It’s DELICIOUS!
If you enjoy your Starbucks lattes but you have realized they make you feel crappy because of the “not so clean ingredients” they use. If you want to start saving money, then try this for a month and see how you feel! You may feel guilty drinking it. However, you can rest assured that you are fueling your body in a much cleaner and guilt free way.
4.) Only 5 ingredients!
Now, yes, there are so many different ways you can make this and if you google it, you can find tons of recipes. Why complicate it though?! Yes, you many need to tweak it as you go and that’s ok!
As a first time mama, I am hoping that through my struggles with finding my new morning routine and breakfast, that this recipe will be helpful to other mamas, and that you will be able to incorporate this quick and easy meal into your day.

Here are some questions to consider as you begin incorporating this daily.

If you are not a coffee lover, but are more of a tea connoisseur, you can sub the coffee for your favorite tea!

- 1-2 Cups Organic coffee
- 1-2 Tablespoons Creamer My personal favorites are either Nut Pods brand or Califia as they are both low to no sugar and non dairy.
- 1-2 Dashes Cinnamon
- 2 Tablespoons Unsalted organic grass fed butter Sub coconut oil if you are dairy free
- 1 Scoop Collagen powder My personal favorite is Primal Kitchen Chocolate Collagen Fuel
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for at least 1 minute or until it becomes frothy. I personally use an immersion blender and it works great!
