❤ Ladies! Does your sugar dragon come out after ❤ Ladies! Does your sugar dragon come out after every dinner meal and you HAVE to eat that little piece of cake or dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth?!  Have you tried time and time again to just say no and resist the temptation? 🤦‍♀️  Well, I'm not going to lie, will power does come into play here, BUT another thing you can do to help with that temptation is to go BRUSH YOUR TEETH!  Seriously! I know it sounds ridiculous, but if you're really trying to cut back on your sweets, maybe lose a few pounds and increase you energy, then try this!  Doing this will tell your brain that you're done eating. And who really wants to have to brush and floss again if you do give into that temptation after you've brushed once? Not me!  Starting with a small change and habit like brushing your teeth after dinner and resisting the sugar, will help you transition into a healthier lifestyle. Once you start taming that sugar dragon, just think of all the other lifestyle changes you can accomplish! 💃  Because let's be real, being addicted to sugar is no joke and indulging nightly in your favorite dessert is not an easy habit to break.  My challenge to you is this👇  ➡️ Pick 3 days to start with that you will brush your teeth immediately following dinner.  ➡️ Gradually build up to 7 days a week.  ➡️  When you feel as though your body isn't craving the sugar (2-3weeks) then pick 1-2 nights that you want to indulge again. By this point, that dessert may not even sound good anymore or it doesn't taste as good as before! But saying no to dessert or getting in your workout for the day is NOT HARD! It’s all about perspective and remembering your WHY.  Do you set New Year’s resolutions for yourself each year just to disappoint yourself in a month? Do you tell yourself that “this is the year I am going to lose 10 lbs.” or “eat healthier”? 🥗  Well how about THIS YEAR you make it happen! Stop with the “resolutions” and shift your mindset to “LIFESTYLE CHANGE”. Otherwise, you will continue to fail yourself time and time again.  You have to WANT it badly enough to continue the change in your life. You have to know WHY your LIFESTYLE CHANGE is important to YOU! No one can change you, your habits, or mindset, but YOU! 👊  Make 2021 the year you take yourself and your HEALTH seriously. Yes, tough love hurts. But sometimes everyone needs a little kick in the butt😊  Now who is ready to master their LIFESTYLE CHANGE, create HABITS that last, and become the healthiest and happiest version of yourself?!
