Welcome! My name is Lauren and I am the face behind Healthy Habits Fitness. I am so happy you are here! Who am I, you may be asking? Well, here is a little bit about who I am and what Healthy Habits Fitness is all about!
I am a Christ follower, a wife to my amazing husband, a stay-at-home mama to our little boy and a personal trainer. I went to Northern Arizona University where I graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Science back in 2012. Since then I have been in the fitness industry as a Certified Personal Trainer and have had the opportunity to help others form life changing habits, live healthier lifestyles and reach, exceed and maintain their fitness goals.
I absolutely LOVE helping women and mamas believe in themselves, and tap into what they are truly capable of mentally and physically! Watching clients succeed in something they never thought was possible and feel better about themselves and their bodies, brings me true joy and is ultimately why I love what I do!
What is Healthy Habits Fitness?
Healthy Habits Fitness is online personal training geared towards women and mamas! I focus on creating lifelong healthy habits by first tapping into your “WHY”. Secondly, through formulating specific goals around your “WHY”. Lastly, by implementing a fitness (and nutrition) regimen specifically designed just for you! Whether you have access to any and all equipment or only have a select few items, I will make it work for YOU!
Making time for YOUR health is IMPORTANT!
Just because you have kids does not mean you have to give up on your fitness goals! Making time for your health and fitness is so important! Don’t you want to set a good example for your kids and family? Yes, working out and exercising may look different than it did prior to kids, but that’s ok!
Forming habits, such as starting a workout routine and changing your nutrition, takes hard work, motivation and dedication. You can guarantee that I will be there guiding you and cheering you on along the way! Let me help hold you accountable and create some life changing habits today!
